financial assistance form.
You will need a letter from your
parent or guardian that explains your
need for financial assistance.
The application deadline is April 1, 2010
and notifications of award will be made
during the first week of April 2010.
Scholarships are awarded on the basis of
financial need and musical talent and ability.
